高声强除灰器强化传热试验研究
Research of High Intensity Sound Generator for Soot Removal for the Test of Enhanced Transmiting Heat
【摘要】 采用HS-1型高声强除灰器向130T/H锅炉辐射大功率声波,在炉内换热面处获得130~147dB的有效除灰声压级.通过热态运行测试表明,热效率提高约0.7%.
【Abstract】 HS 1 high intensity sound generator for soot removal was applied to emitting high power sound wave to a 130 T/H boiler, and made the acoustic pressure come up to 130~147 dB which had an effect on soot removal at the heat exchange surfaces in the boiler. The result of as heat testings indicated that thermal efficiency was raised about 0 7 percent.
