除草剂绿黄隆在不同小麦品种及大豆植株中降解动态的研究
STUDY ON DEGRADATION DYNAMIC OF HERBICIDE CHLORSULFURON IN DIFFERENT TYPE WHEAT VAR- IETIES AND SOYBEAN PLANT
【摘要】 用高效液相色谱方法研究除草剂绿黄隆在小麦及大豆植株中的降解动态。绿黄隆有效用量为15g·hm-2、30g·hm-2、90g·hm-2时茎叶喷雾小麦铁春1号、克丰2号、东农120、克旱9号,4种小麦品种均生长正常。绿黄隆有效用量为15g·hm-2和30g·hm-2时,4种小麦品种降解半衰期均在1h左右;绿黄隆有效用量为90g·hm-2时4种小麦品种降解半衰期在2h时左右。敏感作物大豆东农42在绿黄隆有效用量为15g·hm-2茎叶喷雾后死亡,其降解半衰期大于40h。
【Abstract】 Study on degradation dynamic o herbicide chlosulfuron in different type wheat varieties and soybean plant by Liquid chromatography Chlorsulfuron is very safety to wheat, Foliar Spray applied at high dosage (90 gai·hm -2 ) has not any phytotoxic effect on four varieties of wheat chlorsulfuron was applied at rate of 15 g ai·hm -2 and 30 g ai·hm -2 in wheat, degradation half-life are about l hour in four varieties of wheat plant, at rate of 90 g ai·hm -2 , degradation half-life in four varieties of wheat plant are absut 2 hours But Foliar sparay applied at dosage 15 g ai·hm -2 has phytotoxic effect on susceptible soybean, Its degradation half-life is more that 40 hours
