泵轮轴面流线方程及其应用(一)
The Equation of Axial -Surface Streamline of Pump Lmpelleres and It’s Applications(1)
【摘要】 文章包括两部分:(一)、提出了按泵内流场实测得的轴面速度分布规律分叶轮流面的计算公式,用分段拟合法构造了叶轮轴面流线方程(二)、举例并分析了轴面流线方程在泵轮设计绘型中的某些应用,文中方法适应于任意形状轴面流线,计算结果符合设计要求。
【Abstract】 There are two parts in this paper: 1. the calculating formula divided stream surface of impeller by axial -surface speed distributing law tested in the flowing field within the pump, and the equation of axial-surface streamline by method of sectional fitting; 2. some applications of the axial-surface streamline equation in the design of pumpimpeller by illustrations and analyses. The method introduced in the paper is appropriate to any shapes of axial - surface streamline and calculating results agree with requirements of the design.
