纳米级电极材料制备与电化学性质研究(Ⅰ)——溶胶凝胶法制备纳米级MnO2的性能
Preparation of nm-Grade Electrode Material and Its Electrochemical Properties (Ⅰ)——Performance of nano-Grade MnO2 Prepared by Sol-gel Method
【摘要】 用络合型溶胶凝胶法制得纳米级MnO2,经测试,如XRD、TEM、化学分析、AC阻抗、恒电位阶跃等.发现纳米(nm)CMD本身的放电性能不佳.但以某一最佳配比加入IC.N0.1EMD中,则可大大增加EMD的放电容量。AC电导、质子扩散系数、分维系数结果表明,纳米CMD乃填充在EMD粒子的间隙中,改善了EMD的表面接触,增加了反应场所,减少了质子迁移的阻抗,因而增大了混样的放电容量。
【Abstract】 The preparation ot nm-grade CMD by sol - gel process was reported based on a series ot measurements such as XRD.TEM chemical analysis AC impedance patentiostatic step etc it was found that the discharge capacity of nm -grade CMD was not good . But if it was mixed with an optimum weight ratio of I. C No. 1 EMD,the ultra - fine particles of nm - CMD could be filled in the interface of EMD increased the AC conductivity .diffusion coefficient of the proton so improved the surface contact state of EMD,increased the reaction places. As a result .discharge capacity for the mixed samples was lareelv increased.
