熔融碳酸盐燃料电池性能的研究
Study of Molten Carbonate Fuel Cell Performances
【摘要】 用流铸法制备的膜组装熔融碳酸盐燃料电池,组装可靠,重复性好。电流密度在150mA/cm~2,电压在0.90V以上;在200mA/cm~2时,输出能量密度为147mW/cm~2。考察了反应气压差,组装压力,燃料气和氧化剂利用率及温度对性能的影响,并进行了讨论。
【Abstract】 The flow cast as the technique of preparing LiAlO2 matrices molten carbonate fuel cell electrolyte matrix had many advantages for example uniform composition of the matrix, easy handling using solvent with lower toxicity. The repetitional assembly of MCFC with the matrices made by flow cast was reliable. The performance of MCFC was examined. At load of 150mA/cm2 the cell voltage was above 0.90V. At load of 200mA/cm2 the output power was 147mW/cm2. The discussion about the factors which had an effect on the performance of MCFC has been made.
