【摘要】 本文是根据动机理论的原理，设计“职业中学学生成就动机训练实验研究方案”，选择了镇江市机械专业班，以低成就需要水平学生作为研究对象，进行为期两年的学生成就动机改变的实验研究报告。研究结果表明该“方案”科学可行，符合教育性原则，效果是肯定的，同时指出学生成就动机培养需要教育工作者不懈地努力。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the principle of the motivational theory, this paper is aimed at working out ascheme of the experimental research on the fostering of the vocational high school students achievement motivation. It presents here a report on a two - year experimental research on studnts’ achievement transformation, the students majoring in mechanics and having less requirement for learning achicvement inZhengjiang Vocational High School are its subjects .The research proves the scheme scientific, effective andin agreement with educational principles.
