【摘要】 本文利用1DNMR和2DNMR方法对两种来源不同的中国生漆多糖的结构进行了研究。NMR分析证明了多糖的异头碳的构型，给出了（1→6）和（1→3）连接方式的比例并首次发现生漆多糖中除了含有甲氧基外还含有乙氧基。NMR数据同时还表明生漆多糖是一种具有多层分枝、结构复杂的酸性杂多糖，它的化学成份及化学结构与其来源有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper two kinds of chinese Lacquer Polysaccharides (LPS) from different sources havebeen studied by 1D NMR and 2D NMR. The configuration of C1 in the LPS was verified. The proportion of(1→6) and (1→3) linkages was calculated. And The ethoxy groupin LPS was fotmd for the first time. Atthe same time, results of NMR indicated LPS was a kind of acidic herteropolysaccharide of highly branchedstructure, and it’s component and chemical structure variated with it’s sources.更多还原
