骆驼刺下胚轴组织培养和植株再生研究
HYPOCOTYL TISSUE CULTURE AND PLANT REGENERATION OF ALHAGI
【摘要】 实验分别以MS、12MS为基本培养基,采用不同浓度组合的KT、NAA和蔗糖进行骆驼刺下胚轴组织培养再生植株过程的研究。结果表明,分化培养基MS+4.0mg/LKT+20g/L糖对诱导下胚轴分化出丛生芽效果最好;生根培养基12MS+1.0mg/LNAA+30g/L糖对诱导幼苗生根效果最佳。基本建立了骆驼刺组织培养的程序和方法,为进一步研究、改良骆驼刺打下了基础
【Abstract】 Taking MS、12MS as basic media, adopting KT、NAA and sucrose of different concentration composition to conduct tissue culture and plant regeneration of hypocotyl of Alhagi, the result showed that differentiation media, MS+4.0 mg/L KT+20 g/L sucrose, was the best to induce clump buds from hypocotyl; and it was the best for rooting media, 12MS+1.0 mg/L NAA+30 g/L sucrose, to induce rooting from seedlings. The process and method of tissue culture of Alhagi had been established.
