7个茶树品种新梢生育过程中β-葡萄糖苷酶活性变化

【摘要】 对适制红茶、绿茶和乌龙茶的7个茶树品种新梢中β-葡萄糖苷酶活性变化进行了研究。结果表明:7个品种间的β-葡萄糖苷酶活性差别甚大,高低之差达3-4倍,其中以毛蟹、龙井43和水仙三品种酶活性最高,红芽佛手酶活性最低。各品种均表现为秋季酶活性最高,夏季次之,春季最低。新梢不同叶位间的酶活性是:芽>第1叶>第2叶>第3叶>茎梗。随叶龄的增加,β-葡萄糖苷酶活性趋于增强,但有的品种开始时酶活性随叶龄增加而下降,20天后又随着叶龄增加而升高

【Abstract】 Variation of β glucosidase activity in the shoots of 7 tea cultivars, which were suitable to the manufacturing of black tea, green tea and oolong tea,was investigated. The β glucosdase activity differed greatly among the 7 cultivars with a difference value of 3-4 times between the minimum and the maximum. Of the 7 cultivars investigated,Maoxie,Longjing 43 and Shuixian possessed a relatively high β glucosidase activity,and Hongya Fushou possessed the lowest β glucosidase activity.The β glucosidase presented the highest activity in autumn and the lowest activity in spring. The β glucosidase activity in various positions of the shoots sequenced as bud>1st leaf>2nd leaf>3rd leaf>stalk. Generally,the β glucosidase activity increased with the increasing of the leaf age,except that the β glucosidase activity of some cultivars decreased with the increasing of the leaf age within the early stage of 20 days.
