导电高分子材料的新进展
PROGRESS OF CONDUCTIVE POLYMER
【摘要】 导电高分子材料在电子和光电子领域有广泛的用途,通过引入侧链、共聚或中间体转换等方法可以制备可溶性导电高分子,从而提高其加工性能,光化学原位成形是加工导电高分子的新方法,通过该法可以获得微米级导电线条。本文还论及导电高分子的导电机理。
【Abstract】 Conductive polymers are applied widely in the area of electronics and photoelectronics technology.By introducing branched chains, copolymerization or intermediate exchange, soluble conductive polymers can be synthesized, and the processibility is improved. Photochemical process is a new technology to obtain circuit of conductive polymer at micrometer level. The mechanism of conduction is also introduced.
