工业纯钛低周疲劳应力—应变响应
STRESS-STRAIN RESPONSES OF LOW-CYCLE FATIGUE IN COMMERCIAL PURITY TITANIUM
【摘要】 测量了工业纯钛低周疲劳的应力—应变响应,选择动态模量DM与弹性模量EM之比值DM·EM1衡量材料的相对“软”“硬”程度发现在各个应变幅下DM·EM1有向0.35~0.40靠近的趋势讨论了新的参量DM·EM1与循环硬化及循环软化之间的关系
【Abstract】 The cyclic stress-strain responses of low cycle fatigue in annealed commercial purity titaniumhas been measured. The ratio (DM’ EM) of dynamic modulus (DM) to elastic moduIus (EM) was selected to measure the relative "softeness" and "hardeness" degree of materials, the experiment results showed that the final value of DM’ EM has a trend to reach some range from 0.35 to 0.40. The relationship of the new parameter (DM’ EM) with cyclic hardening and cyclic softening was discussed.
