【Abstract】 The principle and performance of preparing Fe3O4 thin film on oxide ceramic substrate were studied by chemical method. The influence of such factors as the concentration of Fe2+, pH value of the reaction solution, temperature and kinds of anion in the reaction solution, etc., on the ferrite-plating was discussed in detail. The stucture and conductiviy of the obtained film were also studied.更多还原
