直接晶化法制备块状纳米材料的探索 Ⅱ脉冲电流作用下金属熔体结晶晶粒尺寸的理论估算
EXPLORATION ON THE FABRICATION OF BULK NANOCRYSTALLINE MATERIALS BY DIRECT-NANOCRYSTALLIZING METHOD ⅡTheoretical Calculation of Grain size of Metals sondified under Electropulsing
【摘要】 利用物理替代方法计算出球形核的形状因子k1,推导出均质形核和无晶粒吞并时晶粒尺寸改变与电流密度的关系.计算了Pb、Sn、Cu、Fe、Al和Ni等纯金属用电流变技术直接制备块状纳米材料所需要的临界电流密度值.对Pb—Sn合金的计算表明本文的理论值与国外报导的实验结果基本一致.
【Abstract】 The shaped factor of spherical nucleus is calculated. The relationship of grain size and current density is derived in the condition of homogencous nucleation without grain swallowing. Critical current densities for Ph, Sn, Cu, Fe, Ni and Al in the fabrication of nanocrystyalline materials are presented. It shows a good agreement with the experimental data of Sn-Ph alloy.
