【摘要】 为了解决常规现场裂解猪全血时出现的血液凝结问题，提高了裂解液中抗凝剂EDTA的浓度，并对血液消化的蛋白酶K的用量作了梯度处理。结果经方差分析表明：不同裂解液间DNA产量有极显著差异（P＜0．001）。用我们改进的抗凝剂配方，DNA产量高于常规裂解波，且所提DNA质量没有下降；不同蛋白酶K用量间无显著差异（P＞0．05）。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to solve the problem of porcine blood condensation during the course of collection and transport, different concentration of EDTA, an antithrombotics, and gradient concentration of proteinase K were used in the experiment. Varience analysis showed that DNA output had significant difference (P<0. 001) between diferent lysates. Using our lysate, DNA output was higher than that of using normal method but DNA quality was not affected. There is no significant difference between different Proteinase K concentration (P>0. 05).更多还原
