超期贮存干式荷电蓄电池性能的研究

【摘要】 通过对不同气候条件下不同地区(华南、华北、东北)贮存的81只干式行电蓄电池在冬、夏、秋3个季节的实车试验与台架试验所测得的5万多个数据的分析证明:在贮存期3~16a期间有92%的蓄电池仍具有良好的干式荷电性能.据此可以推断:①有应急任务车辆蓄电池可以改湿贮存为干贮存。干式荷电蓄电池贮存期由现行规定的2a可以提高到10a以上。实现这一改革将带来巨大的经济效益和社会效益。②蓄电池能否长期保持其干式行电性能首要条件是保证其制造质量,关键措施是严格保证蓄电池的密封性,防止极板和铅零件的氧化。

【Abstract】 Through the analysis to over fifty thousands datas got from the testing on vehicle car and in laboratory of 8l dry storage batteries in summer, in autumn and in winter, whose store term are three to sixteen years stored in various cliTnaTes (south of China .north of China and north east of China),it showed that 92 percent of the storage batteries still have the funclion of dry charges- From this fact it can be infered that:①The storage batteries on the rnotor car used to meet an exigency events can be dry stored instead of wet stored. The store term of the dry storage battery can extended from two years to ten years or longer. This revolution will bring great economic and social results.②Only on the first and important condition that the qaulity of the battery corresponding to the technical demand can the battery keep the functions of dry charges. The key method for this is to keep the battery sealed strictly and keep the electrodes from oxidation.
