【Abstract】 The character of vibration signal caused by failed bearings is analyzed in detail and a signal treatment method of rolling bearing failure measurement, that is to say a short sample analysis method, is proposed. This method makes the high frequency sector a diagnostic frequency band, makes the impact energy of high frequency sector a character parameter and portrays distribution condition of failure impact precisely.
