【摘要】 回顾性分析５２例Ｂｕｄｄ－Ｃｈｉａｒｉ综合征的ＣＴ表现，ＣＴ显示肝尾叶增大５０例（９６％），肝脏呈低度密度或密度不均，４２例（８１％）肝静脉未显示，２２例（４２％）见有肝内侧枝血管，４９例（９４％）有肝外侧枝血管，作者认为ＣＴ检查对于Ｂｕｄｄ－Ｃｈｉａｒｉ综合征有较高的诊断价值更多还原

【Abstract】 CT findings of 53 patients with Budd- Chiari syndrome were retrospectively analyzed.CT showed caudate lobe enlargement in 50 cases(96%).Hypodense or heterogeneous in liver parenchyma was demonstrated.The nonvisualization of hepatic veins in 42(81%),the intrahepatic collateral vesseles in 22(42%) and the extrahepatic collateral vessels in 49(96%) were presented. CT is very useful in diagnosis of Budd-Chiari syndrome.更多还原
