乙烯利对采后枣果的催熟
【摘要】 乙烯利处理采后枣果，可促进枣果后熟转红和鲜果品质的改善，使果肉中V－C、糖含量增加，酸度降低。
【Abstract】 CEPA treatment can promote the ripening of fresh fruit to turn red and improve the quality of jujube fruit. The content of Vc amd sugar are increased, acid is decreased.
