硬铝LY12在CZ供应状态下的超塑性预处理工艺探讨
Investigation on Superplalstic Pre-treatment Techniqne of Commercial Duralium LY12（CZCondition）
【摘要】 本文对硬铝LY12板材在CZ供应状态的组织条件下进行了超塑性预处理工艺的探讨．得出：CZ供应状态的硬铝LY12板材不需采用通常的超塑性预处理工艺，只需在最佳起塑成形温度430℃保温4小时，以最佳应变速率ε=1．67×10－4S－1进行变形，便可获得超塑延伸率452％．
【Abstract】 In this paper,Superplastic deformation of daralium LY12 at Commerical (CZ condition)has been studied. It was found that the pre-treamant could be omitted,the superplasticity was also obtained by commercial duralium LY12 (CZ condition) under the optimal condition (430℃ for 4 hours, ε = 1. 67 × 10-4S-1 )and its maximum elongation reaches 452 %.
