不同桑品种对菱纹叶蝉抗性的研究

【摘要】 本研究用6个对黄化型萎缩病不同抗性的桑品种为材料、调查不同品种的枝、叶外部形态、结构特征、化学成分与桑菱纹叶蝉虫口密度的相关性以及接种菱纹叶蝉后的发病率,以探讨不同抗病性桑品种对菱纹叶蝉的抗性。研究结果表明,高抗品种育2号、湘456枝条木栓化程度高,叶背沿叶脉表皮毛密厚、叶片总糖含量低、虫口密度小,媒介昆虫接种发病率低;感病品种湖桑32号、湘7920枝条木质疏松,叶背沿叶脉表皮毛稀疏,叶片总糖含量高,虫口密度大,媒介昆虫接种发病率高。

【Abstract】 The studies were conducted with 6 mulberry varieties which are differently resistant to yellow dwarf disease. We surveyed the correlativity between the population density of Hishimonus sellatus Uhler and the external mophology,structural characteristic,chemical composition of their branch and leaf,and investigated the incidence of disease after they were inoculated Hishimonus sellatus Uhler,in order to explore the resistance of different resistant mulberry varieties to Hishimonus sellatus Uhler. The results showed that highly resistant varieties such as Yu 2, Xiang 456 revealed branch highest corking over,densest epidermal pili beside leaf vein on the back of leaf,lower total weight of sugar of leaf,smaller insect population density and lower incidence of disease after inoculated insect vector;the sensitive mulberry varieties such as Husang 32,Xiang 7920 revealed branch lower corking over,sparser epidermal pili, higher total weight of sugar, larger insect insect population density and higher incidence of disease.
