【Abstract】 This paper is introduced into the digital three - meter ruler evenness measuring instrumentthat was researched by the Research Unit of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering in the Changsha Communications University. The various error that affects comprehensive precision of instrument is analyzed. This paper also discusses a measuring way about comprehensive precision of instrument.
