【摘要】 作者自1993年1月～1995年12月的3年内对CT扫描诊断为腰椎间盘突出的94例施行了手术，结果诊断符合率为86．2％（81例）。说明CT扫描对人体组织分辨率较高。但因CT扫描图像不能完全解决病变结构性质及动态改变，在投摄角度和该片认识水平方面尚有一定的局限性，放本组94例中手术发现与CT诊断不符的13例（占13．8％），本文针对两者不符的原因进行了分析讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 From January 1993 to December 1995, 94 patients with herniate of the 1umbar intervertebral disc diagnosed by CT were operated. The result showed that the rate of CT diagnostic conformity was 86. 2% (81 cases). From this result it was concluded that CT scanning has a high distinguishing ability to human tissue. However,CT scanning can not fully distinguish nature of pathological structure and dynamic change,there were some insufficient in photograph angle as well as ability of understanding images,So,author found through operating that 13 cases (13. 8% ) of all cases not agree with diagnosis of CT.
