【摘要】 本文针对资源分配的群体决策问题，阐述了Ｐａｒｅｔｏ模型和核心（ｃｏｒｅ）模型的求解思想，指出这两类模型在资源分配决策中的缺陷．根据群体基数效用函数的加和性，用距离表示群体的损失函数，建立了资源分配群体决策的重心模型．主要结论是：资源分配群体决策的解是决策成员理想方案的重心；决策成员理想方案的重心是Ｐａｒｅｔｏ最优更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper focuses attention on the group decision making of resource allocation.We discuss the Pareto model and core model and point out some defects of them when they are used in the allocation of resources.A barycenter model of group decision making on resource allocation is constructed in this paper using groups loss function based on the additive kind of group cardinal utility function.Main results in this paper are that the barycenter model selects barycenter of ideal allocation set as the outcome of group decision making.and that the barycenter of ideal allocation set is pareto optimal.更多还原
