江浙沪地区能源及转化业温室气体排放及减排措施

【摘要】 根据IPCCGuidelines(1995)提供的方法,对1990年江浙沪地区能源及转化业中能源的消耗量和温室气体的排放进行了统计计算,对数据进行了进一步的评价和分析,江浙沪地区能源及转化业能源消耗中固体燃料占81.7%,液体燃料占15.4%,气体燃料占2.9%。该地区该部门燃料消耗中温室气体排放为CO2:88737Gg,CH4:0.8498Gg,N2O:5.824Gg。针对能源及转化业部门的具体情况提出了相应的减排措施。

【Abstract】 This paper prepared an inventory of greenhouse gas emissions from energy and transformation industries in Jiangsu Zhejiang Shanghai District in 1990 following the conventions set in IPCC Guidelines(1995).The inventory data were further analyzed and evaluated.Solid fuels took up 81.7% of the total fuel consumption from energy and transformation industrids in JZS district.Liquid fuel and gaseous fuel took up 15.4%and 2.9% respectively.The emission of CO 2 from energy and transformation industries in the whole JZS district was 88737Gg,CH 4,0.849Gg,N 2O 5.824Gg,and in this study,we proposed the useful method of reducing GHG emissions from the energy and transfomation industries processes in JZS district.
