加弧辉光离子渗铝及其扩散动力学的研究

【摘要】 采用最小二乘法对试验中测得的渗层成分曲线进行拟合处理,求得渗入曲线方程。对此拟合曲线方程进行微分dxdy和定积分y10xdy计算即可求扩散系数D=-12tdxdyy10xdy。根据最小二乘法曲线拟合的矩阵表示法,编制了TrueBasic计算程序,简化了计算过程,并可快速、准确地求出合金元素在γ-Fe中的等温扩散系数。

【Abstract】 This paper deals with a method of calculating the diffusion coefficient of the process of glow-discharge ionizing alloying with an are source By using least square method, the regression curve equation of alloying element’s distribution in diffusion layer can be determineded, and the dxdx,y 10xdy can be calculated through derivation and integration, so the difusion coefficient D=-12t dxdy y 10xdy can be obtained. In accordance with the matrix equation of least square method, true basic program were programmed, this made the calculating easy and the results more accurate.
