不锈钢焊条熔滴过渡形态与交流稳弧性的关系
Relationship between Droplet Transfer Manner and A.C.Arc Stability for Stainless Steel Electrode
【摘要】 采用水中收集熔滴、平板堆焊、高速摄影等试验方法,研究了不锈钢焊条熔滴过渡形态与交流稳弧性的关系。结果表明:细熔滴过渡时交流稳弧性好,电极斑点面积增大是改善交流稳弧性的主要原因;促使熔滴细化的药皮组成物、适当的药皮厚度、合理的焊条烘干温度和合适的焊接电流,对改善交流稳弧性都具有重要作用。
【Abstract】 The relationship between transfer manner of droplet and stability of the a.c.arc for stainless steel is studied by using collecting droplet into water,surfacing on the plate and high speed camera, etc. The results show that the a.c.stability changes for the better as the fine droplet transfer occurs to increase the area of electrode spot;the compound making fine droplet forming within coating,proper thickness of coating,rational temperature of baking electrode and suitable welding current have significant effects on improvement of a.c.arc stability.
