Ni-Ti-Cu粉末的机械合金化
Mechanical Alloying of Ni-Ti-Cu Powders
【摘要】 用TEM研究了Ni40Ti50Cu10粉末在球磨过程中,颗粒尺寸及微观结构的变化。球磨60小时后,得到非晶相粉末。用XRD研究了球磨工艺条件对衍射峰相对强度和晶格常数的影响,结果表明,提高球磨转速和球料比,加快颗粒细化和合金化过程,合金化过程中,Cu和Ni原子向Ti中扩散速率较快,这与Ti的原子半径较大有关。DSC测定了晶化转变开始温度为511℃。
【Abstract】 The changes in crystallite size and microstructure of Ni 40 Ti 50 Cu [HT7”SS] 10 powders in the process of mechanical alloying have been studied by SEM and TEM. The amorphous phase forms in 60h of milling. The effects of milling conditions on the diffraction intensity and the lattice parameter have been characterized by XRD. The increase in the ball-to-powder weight ratio(BPR) and the rotational velocity resulted in a higher rate of decrease incrystallite size and an accelerated alloying process. The crystallization temperature measured for amorphous phase was 511℃.
