铝单晶线材连续铸造工艺及其性能

【摘要】 单晶连铸技术是一项新型的 near- net- shape生产技术 ,它将先进的定向凝固技术与高效的连续铸造技术相结合 ,可以连续制造无限长的、表面呈镜面状态、内部无缩孔、缩松、气孔、夹杂等铸造缺陷的单晶金属型材。利用该技术原理以及自制的实验室小型水平单晶连铸设备 ,以工业纯铝为原料进行了工艺试验 ,并探讨连铸单晶铝线材的组织与性能。

【Abstract】 The technique of continuous casting of single crystal metals (CCSC) is a new type near- net- shape processing.It combines the advanced unidirectional solidification with the high efficiency continuous casting.Its product- single crystal metal wires,has the characteristics of smooth surface and high inner quality.There are no casting defects such as shrinkage,porosity and impurities.This paper introduces the principle of CCSC and the self- made horizontal continu- ous casting equipment,studies the casting process to gain a single crystal Al wire with 8mm in diameter and discusses the mechanical and electrical properties of the single crystal Al wire.
