【摘要】 研究了循环加热淬火处理对 5 0 Cr VA钢的强度、塑性和疲劳性能的影响。试验结果表明 ,循环加热淬火能够提高强度、断面收缩率和疲劳寿命。在最大工作应力为 780 MPa的高应力条件下 ,所有经过循环加热淬火处理的 5 0 Cr VA弹簧的疲劳寿命都超过 10 7次。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effect of cycle quenching treatment on strength,ductility and fatigue prop- erties of 50 Cr VA steel spring is studied.The experimental results show that cycle quenching treatment increases tensile strength,reduction of cross- sectional area and fatigue life. Under the condition of maximal working stress of 780 MPa,the fatigue life of springs exceeds 1 0 7cycles af- ter cycle quenching treatment.更多还原
