粉末冶金SiC_p/Al复合材料制备工艺对SiC_p分布均匀性的影响

【摘要】 从宏观和微观角度 ,系统地研究了粉末冶金法 Si Cp/ Al复合材料制备工艺对 Si Cp 分布均匀性的影响。研究结果表明 :混粉过程中 ,粉末混合物宏观均匀很容易达到 ,但微观均匀较差。干混存在最佳混合时间。挤压过程可大大提高 Si Cp 分布微观均匀性。

【Abstract】 Effect of fabricating parameters on the Si Cp distribution state in Si Cp/ Al com- posites by powder metallurgy was investigated systematically at both macro- and micro- mixed le- vels.The results showed that the good macro- blending mixture was easily obtained during pow- ders mixing procedure,however,the micro- blending degree of the mixture was comparatively bad.And there was the best mixing time during the dry mixing operation.And the extrusion procedure much improved the micro- blending degree of Si C particles.
