青藏高原更新世晚期冰川的均衡效应

【摘要】 本文基于Kuhle(1987,1989)关于青藏更新世晚期存在统一大冰盖的假说,构制冰负荷史模型,利用Peltier(1974,1976)粘弹地球表面负荷形变理论,计算出冰盖负荷引起的地表垂直位移和重力变化,并将其作为该区冰川均衡效应的最大估计。数值计算结果表明,冰盖负荷的均衡作用对高原隆升有一定影响,在大冰盖中心的隆升速率在冰进期平均减少0.1~1.7cm/a,冰退期平均增加0.4~1.2cm/a,冰后期平均增加0.5~1.0cm/a,直到现在隆升速率仍增加0.3~0.4cm/a,重力减少0.5~0.7μGal/a,冰盖负荷的均衡恢复尚需1万年以上

【Abstract】 Based on the hypothesis presented by Kuhle (1987,1989) that an ice sheet existed in the Tibetan Highlands during late pleistocene, and on the deformation theory of viscoelastic earth under surface load, in this paper we first constructed the ice sheet loading model, and then computed the vertical displacement and gravity change on earth surface caused by the Ice Sheet which were considered as the maximum estimation of the glacial isostatic responses in the area. The numerical results showed that the ice loading isostasy may impact the uplift of the Highlands. In the centre of Ice Sheet, the uplift rate decreased by 1.0 ̄1.7 cm/a during glaciation, increased by 0.4 ̄1.2 cm/a during deglaciation and 0.5 ̄1.0 cm/a after deglaciation on average. In nowadays, the increase of uplift rate is 0.3 ̄0.4 cm/a with 0.5 ̄0.7 μGal/a of gravity change. The loading isostatic restoring will last at least another 10,000 years
