[Fe]KL分子筛上高选择性地制备N-甲基苯胺

【Abstract】 In alkylation of aniline with methanol, KL zeolite exhibits much higher NMA (N-methylaniline) selectivity (>95%) and more stable activity with time on stream than NaX, NaY and Naβ under the same experimental conditions. Incorporation of proper amount of Fe in framework of zeolite can enhance the activity of L zeolite without loss of its high NMA selectivity. This improvement was attributed to the increase in the basicity and the decrease in the acidity of sample. The high NMA selectivity of L zeolite may be contributed by its onedimensional channel structure without large cavity and its low number of accessible acid sites as well.
