羟基锆及锆铝交联粘土的合成与表征

【摘要】 制备了锆交联粘土和锆铝交联粘土.锆交联粘土制备条件的研究表明,直接用ZrOCl2·8H2O水溶液作交联剂,延长老化时间和增大交联剂浓度有利于制备大比表面积及高温有序的锆交联粘土.200℃及300℃吡啶吸附的IR谱表明锆交联粘土表现为弱酸性,总酸量较多,B酸所占比重大.吡啶吸附的酸强度在200~300℃之间的B酸占该区间酸量的46%.差热分析表明锆交联粘土的热稳定性高于锆铝交联粘土及铝交联粘土,其原因可归于锆交联柱固定了较多的质子,减少了迁往粘土八面体层的质子数,从而增加了交联粘土的热稳定性.

【Abstract】 The hydroxyl Zr pillared clays (Zr PILC) were prepared. The studies of the preparation conditions show that, when directly using ZrOCl 2·8H 2O solution as pillaring agent, the long time of ageing, the high concentration of pillaring agent and the short pillaring reaction time are advantageous to the preparation of Zr PILC with large BET area and good sheet structure, even calcined at high temperature. The results of pyridine adsorbed IR spectra show that Zr PILC has more total acid sites and more Brnsted acid sites than ZrAl PILC and Al PILC, but most of its acid sites are weak acid sites. The proportion of Brnsted acid sites to the total acid sites measured by pyridine adsorbed among 200 ̄300℃ is 46 2% for Zr PILC, 28 6% for ZrAl PILC and 14 3% for Al PILC. The thermal stability of pillared clays is studied by thermal analysis (DTA and TG). Zr PILC has higher thermal stability than ZrAl PILC and Al PILC. The reason is that Zr pillars hold more protons than ZrAl and Al pillars to reduce the number of protons migrating to the octahedral layer during pillar dehydroxylation. It brings about the enhancement of interaction between pillars and the montmorillonite layer.
