碳复合载体负载铑催化剂的制备及其对气相甲醇羰基合成乙酸的催化反应性能

【Abstract】 The porous carbon composite support (TFC) with high surface area was obtained by decomposition and carbonization of phenolic resin mixed with graphite fibre. The study of adsorption desorption isotherm of N 2 on the support showed that the TFC,compared with active carbon,contained more secondary pores (3 ̄7 nm) which were favorable to the mass transfer of porous diffusion in heterogeneous catalysis. The Rh/TFC catalyst was prepared by impregnation of TFC with aqueous solution of RhCl 3·3H 2O and then by reduction. The vapor phase carbonylation of methanol on the catalyst was carried out under lower pressure (0 81 ̄1 2 MPa) and at 170 ̄230℃ in the presence of CH 3I promoter. The catalyst exhibited excellent activity for the conversion of methanol to acetic acid and methyl acetate with above 99% of selectivity.
