抛射剂的发用产品金属罐的防腐蚀研究

【摘要】 本研究挑选世界上具有代表性的八种固发剂,采用相同的喷发波基础配方(LPG/H20/乙醇系统),在相同条件下作气雾剂金属罐的腐蚀试验。用正交试验方法,考察了固发剂的种类、腐蚀抑制剂的类型及其添加量这三者之间的关系。研究结果表明,即使采用对金属马口铁罐易腐蚀的固发剂来配制喷发剂,只要添加一定量的特种腐蚀抑制剂,就能解决气雾剂金属马口铁罐的防腐蚀问题,从而完成了用液化石油气(LPG)替代氟里昂(CFC)后的发用产品金属能的防腐蚀研究。

【Abstract】 Thc corrosion resistance tests on aerosol methallic can is catried out with 8 chosen kinds of hair fixative a-gents with global representativeness,and the hairspray formu1ations (LPG /H 2 O /ethaol system ) and the test conditionsare same in this study. The positive crossing test method is employed to examine the inter-relationship between the typeof hair fixative agent,the type of corrosion inhibitor and the additive amount. Tke results showed tbat even the hair fixative agent which would easily corrode the methallic galvanized can was used to formulate hairspray,the problem of corro-sion resistance of metallic galvanized can containing aerosol can be solved by adding a certain amount of Special corrosioninhibitor.
