【摘要】 本文对在不同状态下，大口鲇的血液学进行了研究，结果是大口鲇在正常情况下的各项血液指标均高于或略高于在饥饿或受伤情况下的血液指标；同时其白细胞的百分式也发生变化，在正常情况下淋巴细胞和嗜中性粒细胞居高，分别为３４６５％和３３６５％，嗜碱性粒细胞和嗜酸性粒细胞居中，而在饥饿和受伤时，嗜碱性粒细胞居高，分别为３３３％和３６７％，而嗜中性粒细胞较少，分别为１３３％和５６％。此外，还讨论血液指标的变化与养殖条件的关系，并且将正常情况下，大口鲇的血液指标与其它几种鱼进行比较，探讨其血液指标与生长之间的关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 オhe haemotogical study results of silurus meridionalis show that all haemotological parameters are higher or slightly higher in natural condition than those of in unnatural conditions.In the percentage of Leucocyte,Lymphocyte,Neutrophile and Basophile is 3465%,3365% and 116% respectively in natural condition.However,lymphocyte,Neutropile and Basophile is 18%,133%and333% respectively in the hunger;In the wounded,Lymphocyte,Neutropil and Basophile is 34%,56%and367%respectively.This paper also discusses the relationship between haemotological parameter changes and aquaculture condition.the haemotological parameters of silurus meridionalis in natural condition and several other freshweter fishes are compared in order to discuss the relation between their haemotological parameters and their growth.更多还原
