【摘要】 对南、北刘寄奴在活血化瘀方面的药理作用进行了比较研究。实验结果表明，两者对正常实验动物的凝血时间、血浆复钙凝结时间、凝血酶凝结时间、体外血栓形成长度、聚集指数等指标，与生理盐水组相比较，均有显著差异；南刘寄奴与北刘寄奴相比较，则无明显差异。实验结果揭示，两者均有活血化瘀的功效，其作用强弱则无明显差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 Contrastly observed the pharmacological action of promoting blood circulation and dispersing blood stasis of Tomentose Diverse Wormwood and of Siphonotegia Chinese Benth. The result showed that to the coagulation time, blood clotting time, thrombin time and extrinsic thrombus etc. indexes of normal animals, the two herbs were different from physiological saline (P<0.05) and there was no statistical differences between the two herbs. It is suggested that the two herbs both have the pharmacological actions of promoting blood circulation and dispersing blood stasis and there were no statistical differences to the two herbs(P<0.01).更多还原
