【摘要】 本文报道了一种微量冻存全血法建立 EB 病毒转化 B 淋巴母细胞系的新方法。此方法不同于常规方法在于:用血量少(0.5ml);冻存的全血不需分离 B 淋巴细胞;不需用环孢霉素 A(Cyclosporine A.CyA),并且建系所需时间短。笔者从用此方法建立的细胞系中提取DNA,并用于 RFLP 连锁分析。此方法对遗传学研究有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The artical reports a simple method for the preparation B— lymphoblastoid cell lines by using Epstern—Barr virus(EBV)transformation of lymphocytes from small amount of frozen blood.Compared with the routine method,the new method has many advantages,such as requiring only a small amount of frozen blood(0.5ml),not having to separate B—lymphocytes from frozen blood,no need for the use of cyclosporing A(CyA)and shortening the time of establishing the lymphoblastoid cell ling.These cells are also very useful for genetic studies.更多还原
