【摘要】 采用免疫组织化学ＡＢＣ法，对二乙基亚硝胺（ＤＥＮ）诱发大鼠肝癌发生过程中ｃ－ｆｏｓ蛋白在肝组织中的表达进行了系统观察。结果：正常大鼠肝细胞不表达ｃ－ｆｏｓ蛋白，诱癌第４周即可见少量肝细胞呈ｃ－ｆｏｓ蛋白阳性表达。随诱癌发展进程，肝细胞ｃ－ｆｏｓ蛋白表达逐渐增强，至诱癌中期（８～１２周），肝增生结节内部分肝细胞呈ｃ－ｆｏｓ蛋白阳性表达。诱癌晚期（１８周），癌结节内大部分肝癌细胞亦呈ｃ－ｆｏｓ蛋白阳性表达，ｃ－ｆｏｓ蛋白免疫反应阳性产物为胞核内棕褐色颗粒。提示肝细胞ｃ－ｆｏｓ蛋白的表达与肝癌的发生和发展具有相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The expression of c fos protein in the liver of rats during hepatocarcinogenesis induced by diethylnitrosaminne(DEN) was investigated systematically with the ABC immunostaining technique.The results showed that the expression of c fos protein was not detected in the liver of normal rats,the c fos protein positive hepatocytes were detected from the 4th week after DEN treatment,along with the process of carcinogenesis,the number of hepatocytes expressing c fos protein increased progressively.The majority of hepatocytes in the neoplastic nodules expressd c fos protein (at the 8th and 12th week),the majority of the malignant hepatocytes in the hepatocellular carcinoma nodules expresseed c fos protein at 18th week.The c fos protein immunoreactive products were shown as browncolored fine granules in the nuclei.The results suggested that the c fos protein expression of hepatocytes was associated with the occurrence and progress of hepatocarcinoma.更多还原
