服镁后血镁钙及24小时尿钙和钙/肌酐比值变化

【摘要】 研究服镁后,血镁钙及24h尿钙和钙/肌酐比值变化及与妊高征发生的关系。方法:采用前瞻性随机双盲的方法,对治疗组52例(治疗1组24例和治疗2组28例)孕妇自孕28周起,连续服用葡萄糖酸镁,每日3g。结果:治疗组血钙明显高于对照组;治疗2组的尿钙和钙/肌酐明显高于对照2组,且妊高征发生率3.57%,明显低于对照2组(30.77%);治疗组和对照组尿钙与钙/肌酐比值分别呈正相关关系。结论:服镁后,调节体内钙平衡,使妊高征发生率降低。

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the changes of serum magnesium, calcium & the 24-hour urinary calcium excretion, and calcium/creatinine ratio (Ca/Cr) after intake of magnesium gluconate & the relation between them and pregnancy-induced hypertension (PIH). Methods: Prospective randomized double-blind study was carried out in 52 pregnant women as treatment groups including treatment group 1 (24 cases) and treatment group 2 (28 cases), Magnesium gluconate (3 g/day) was given consecutively from the 28th week of gestation. Results: Serum calcium concentration in the treatment groups were significantly higher than that in the control groups. The 24-hour urinary calcium concentration, and Ca/Cr ratio in treatment group 2 were significantly higher than that in control gnup 2. Only 3. 57% of treatment group 2 developed PIH, which was significantly lower than that in control group 2 (30. 77%). The 24-hour urinary calcium excretion correlated well with the Ca/Cr ratio in all the groups. Conclusion: It was presumed that the intake of magnesium gluconate regulated the calcium balance and decreased the incidence of PIH.
