【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effect of cell density on the apoptosis of GES-1 cells. Methods: Thepresence of apoptoois in GES-1 cells was observed by Giemsa staining and bcl-2 gene expression was shown byin situ hybridization. Results: GES-1 cells underwent apoptosis under normal culture conditions and thenumber of apoptotic cells was cell density-dependent; expression of bcl-2 gene in GES-1 cells could be increasedby 8mg/mL, pentagastrin, which could not affected density-dependent apoptosis in GES-1 cells. Couclusion:The bcl-2 gene expression was not likely to be involved in density-dependent apoptosis of GES-1 cells.更多还原
