【摘要】 目的：评价双嘧莫（潘生丁）-阿托品超声心动图试验（DAET）对冠心病心绞痛的诊断价值。方法；对46例临床怀疑或诊断冠心病心绞痛的患者行DAET及冠状动脉造影检查。结果：DAET在19例经造影证实的冠心病患者中14例（14／19）阳性，在27例造影阴性患者中25例（25／27）阴性。未见严重并发症。结论：在双嘧达莫超声心动图试验中加用阿托品可提高对单支病变敏感性。更多还原

【Abstract】 To assess the value of Dipyridamole-Atropine Echocardiography Test (DAET)for the diagnosis of angina pectoris. Methods: 46 patients with clinically suspected of or diagnosed asangina pectoris underwent DAET and coronary arteriography. Results: In 19 angiographically conformed coronary artery disease patients, 14 had a positive DAET, and in 27 negative coronary arteriography cases, 25 had a negative DAET. No major complications occurred during the test. Conclusion: InDipyridamole Echocardiography Test, Atropine coadministration could improve the sensitivity for 1-vessel disease.更多还原
