【摘要】 目的：研究替牙期及恒牙期单侧完全性辱腭裂术后患者依面部正中结构的形态学特征。方法：以影像扫描系统对单侧完全性唇腭裂患者颅面正中结构作X线头影测量分析，测量结果进行t检验。结果：患者颅面正中结构各点明显偏斜与对照组差值有显著性。结论：单侧完全性唇肿裂术后患者颅面部正中结构明显偏斜，且偏斜存在一定规律。更多还原

【Abstract】 To reveal the deviation characters of craniofacial medline structure in unilateralcleft lip and palate (UCLP) patients during mixed and permanent dentition periods. Methods: 36 UCLPpatients were studied by P-A cepholometric radiography, and 36 persons with normal occlusion in thesame age range were chosen as the control group. The data were processed with a computer. Results:Deviations of craniofacial midline structure in UCLP patients were larger than that of normal ones. conclusion: Craniofacial midline structure of UCLP patients was deviated obvious1y, and the deviation has adefinite regularity.更多还原
