PDS的合成及其对聚丙烯耐辐射性能的影响
THE SYNTHESES OF PDS AND ITS EFFECT ON THE γ-IRRADIATION RESISTANCE OF POLYPROPYLENE
【摘要】 使用不同配比的4-(甲基丙烯酸)-2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶醇酯(TMPM)和苯乙烯(St),改变引发剂AIBN的用量,合成了一系列具有不同单体配比和相对分子质量的TMPM和St的共聚物(PDS),研究了它们对聚丙烯耐γ辐射性能的影响.当TMPM和St的质量比为2:1~1:2,引发齐的用量占单体总质量的0.5%~1%时,合成的PDS作为光稳定剂添加到聚丙烯中后,聚丙烯的耐辐射性能最好.
【Abstract】 A series of PDS copolymers with different monomers ratio and molecular weight are synthesized by using different ratio of 2, 2, 6, 6-tetramethy1-4-piperidinyl methacrylate (TMPM) and styrene as well as different amount of initiator. They are blended into polypropylene as stabilizers, its effect on the radiation resistance of blended polypropylene samples are studied. The optimum conditions for synthesizing PDS are m(TMPM)/m(St) 1: 2~2:1 and 0.5%~1% initiator AIBN. The εb value of these polypopylene samples blended with the PDS synthesized under these conditions are the highest among all the samples, i.e. the PDS polymerzed by above situations have the best radiation resistance for PP. The mechanism is discussed.
