超滤法处理酱油
UITRAFILTRATION OF SOYSAUCE
【摘要】 介绍了一种制取高质量酱油的方法,采用聚砜(PS)、聚氯乙烯(PVC)醋酸纤维素(CA)超滤膜及聚砜中空纤维超滤膜对成品酱油进行超滤处理.试验结果表明,超滤技术处理成品酱油可以获得高质量的酱油.
【Abstract】 In this paper, a method of getting high quality soysauce is presented. Polysulfonate(PS)and polyethylene chloride (PVC)and cellulose acetate(CA)and hollowfiber(PS)membrane were employed for ultrafiltration of soysauce. Experimental results indicate that the ultrafiltration method is proved to be an effective way for getting high quality soysauce.
