【Abstract】 To confirm the modification of normal human hemopoietic stromal cells on abnormalmaturative cells,ultramicroscopy on reversal differentiation of HL-60 promyelocytic leukemia cells induced by human normal bone marrow stromal cells was carried with electronic microscope. The resultssuggest that normal human bone marrow stromal cells could express the effects of the differentiationand antiproliferation on HL-60 leukemia cells and that the function of the hemopoietic stromal cells ismediated by intimate cell-to-cell contact.更多还原
