φ2mm丝材电弧喷涂系统的工艺参数和涂层性能研究

【摘要】 本文比较详细地研究了φ2mm丝材电弧喷涂系统的工艺参数稳定性和几种丝材的涂层性能.实验结果表明,与φ3mm丝材电弧喷涂相比,φ2mm丝材喷涂具有较好的工艺稳定性,喷涂规范参数选择范围宽,涂层的表面粗糙度和孔隙率降低,涂层显微组织更致密,涂层抛光性能好.本论文之后,作者已将φ2mm丝材喷涂系统比较成功地应用到电弧喷涂制造塑料加工模具工艺中.

【Abstract】 Stability of arc spraying technology conditions and properties of coating by φ 2mm wire arc spraying system are studied comprehensively in this paper. The results show that φ2mm wire arc spraying system has better spraying stability.wider range of spraying conditions, lower surface roughness and porosity,finer microstructure of coating, better coating polishing property in contrast to φ 3mm wire arc spraying. φ2mm wire arc spnying system is applied in are spraying mould making technology by author.
