【摘要】 为探讨小剂量米非司酮治疗围绝经期子宫肌瘤的效果及安全性，给予３３例围绝经期有症状的子宫肌瘤患者口服米非司酮，每日５ｍｇ，连续３个月，观察止血效果、子宫肌瘤体积及内膜病理变化。结果所有病人都闭经，子宫内膜受到抑制，肌瘤体积缩小了３３．２％，无明显副作用。认为每日５ｍｇ米非司酮治疗围绝经期子宫肌瘤是一种安全、有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 To examine the effects and safty of mifepristone on treatment the uterine leiomyoma in perimenopausal women. Administration of mifepristone 5mg/d for a period of 3 months to 33 perimenopausal women with symptomatic uterine leiomyoma, observing the vaginal bleeding and comparing the endometrium and leiomyoma volume. Amenorrhea was induced, endometrium were inhibited and leiomyomas volume decreased 33.2% after 3 months of therapy. The side effects were few.
