【Abstract】 cases of brain metastases were reported. The primary site in 2 5 cases were lung cancer , the earliest symptoms and aigns were neurologic in 1 I of them ( 40. 7% ) . A conventional chest radiograph was helpful for the qualitative diagnosis , after discovery of brain tumor by CT scanning. Contrast enhancement scan could reveal more cancer foci , as well as meningeal carcinometasis.
