【摘要】 在简要介绍卫星城理论的基础上，分析了北京市卫星城的发展状况。根据密云的发展条件，结合北京城市总体规划的要求，指出密云宜发展成为北京的旅游卫星城，提出了建设密云旅游卫星城的７项规划措施：１）保持流经密云镇的河流常年有水；２）城镇绿化要成体系；３）布置城镇雕塑和喷泉；４）开辟旅游商业街；５）接纳北京拆迁的古建；６）增加康体休闲设施；７）吸引高技术企业投资办厂更多还原

【Abstract】 The development of Miyun town is discussed. First, the satellite towns of Beijing are analysed after the introduction of the theory of satellite town. Then, it is concluded that Miyun should be developed into a tourism satellite town of Beijing according to the condition of Miyun and the requirement of Beijing general city planning. Finally, seven suggestions for Miyum town construction are presented as follows:1) to keep the rivers along Miyun town having water in all seasons; 2) to plant trees, flowers and grass systematically; 3) to set up sculptures and fountains; 4) to build a tourism street; 5) to receive ancient architectures removed from Beijing; 6) to increase entertaiment and leisure facilities; and 7) to attract high-tech enterprises to invest in Miyun town.
